The 2026 Motion Indonesia Kick-Off Conference to prepare for the business year ahead was held in multiple sessions in December and January at branch locations across the country.

The first session was held on December 4-5, 2025, at Le Eminence Hotel, Cianjur, West Java, for all members of Motion Indonesia to help establish a strategic foundation for 2026.

The conference was an important milestone for all members of the Motion Indonesia team to establish a strategic foundation for 2026. Set in a comfortable and exclusive environment, the conference featured discussion sessions and insight sharing among employees and management. It provided all participants an opportunity to share ideas and establish strategic goals aimed to strengthening synergy while preparing programs and targets to be executed throughout the upcoming year.

The second session, on December 12-13, was held at Ibu Kota Nusantara, and launched initiatives and work strategies for 2026 for the team at the Balikpapan branch. The final session, for the Surabaya team, was held on January 9-10 at Jawa Timur Park 2, with sessions aimed at strengthening team synergy and enhancing the achievement of the company’s targets.

“2026 is a key year for us, so it was important to gather with our teams to establish synergy going forward for a successful year ahead,” said Motion Indonesia President Director Satria Ascita Jaya.
